| Comments | Characteristics: Stably expresses two reporter genes: SEAP (secreted ALPP) and the Lucia luciferase. ALPP expression depends on the activation of the endogenous MIP-2/CXCL2 promoter as the Cxcl2 gene has been replaced by ALPP. The Lucia luciferase reporter gene is under the control of an ISG54 minimal promoter in conjunction with 5 IFN-stimulated response elements (ISRE).
