Abstract	Background: In spite of recent advances in therapeutic agents, the prognoses of bile duct carcinoma and pancreatic cancer have remained unchanged. Thus, a new in vitro model is still needed for these aggressive tumors. We previously established the gallbladder carcinoma cell line TYGBK-1. Objectives: We herein described the establishment and characterization of three new human pancreato-biliary carcinoma cell lines.
