Cellosaurus U2OS MC3R cAMP-Nomad (CVCL_YK54)
Cell line name | U2OS MC3R cAMP-Nomad |
---|---|
Synonyms | cAMP Nomad MCR3; MCR3 Nomad |
Accession | CVCL_YK54 |
Resource Identification Initiative | To cite this cell line use: U2OS MC3R cAMP-Nomad (RRID:CVCL_YK54) |
Comments | Population: Caucasian. Characteristics: In absence of cAMP, the fluorescent biosensor is localized in the cellular membrane. An increase in this second messenger concentration leads to change in the structural folding of Nomad biosensor that promotes its cellular relocation in the vesicular trafficking of the cells. Characteristics: The green cAMP-Nomad biosensor consists of a membrane localization peptide derived from interleukin-2 receptor alpha chain, a TurboGFP fluorescent protein, a Ht31 peptide fused to a KDEL signal. Transfected with: HGNC; 6931; MC3R. Transfected with: UniProtKB; Q6WV12; Pontellina plumata GFP2 (with p.Lys5Glu, p.Val117Met, p.Val149Asp, p.Val151Asp, p.Ala155Thr, p.Phe168Ser and p.Leu200Asp = TurboGFP). Transfected with: UniProtKB; P00552; Transposon Tn5 neo. Transfected with: UniProtKB; P13249; S.alboniger pac (PuroR). Derived from site: In situ; Bone, tibia; UBERON=UBERON_0000979. |
