| Cell line name | PathHunter U2OS HTR2C(VSV) beta-arrestin |
|---|---|
| Accession | CVCL_LA61 |
| Resource Identification Initiative | To cite this cell line use: PathHunter U2OS HTR2C(VSV) beta-arrestin (RRID:CVCL_LA61) |
| Comments | Population: Caucasian. Characteristics: PathHunter beta-arrestin cell lines co-express a GPCR tagged with a beta-galactosidase fragment (ProLink=PK) and a beta-arrestin tagged with another fragment (Enzyme Acceptor=EA). Activation of the GPCR-PK induces beta-arrestin-EA recruitment and complementation of the PK and EA enzyme fragments thus resulting into a catalytically active enzyme that generate a chemiluminescent signal. Genetic integration: Method=Transfection; Gene=HGNC; HGNC:712; ARRB2. Genetic integration: Method=Transfection; Gene=HGNC; HGNC:5295; HTR2C (Note=With p.Ile156Val, p.Asn158Ser and p.Ile160Val). Derived from site: In situ; Bone, tibia; UBERON=UBERON_0000979. |
