Comments Biotechnology: The monoclonal antibody produced by this hybridoma was used to prepare the humanized milatuzumab (hLL1; MEDI-115) therapeutic antibody used for the treatment of multiple myeloma, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and chronic lymphocytic leukemia. When conjugated with doxorubicin, milatuzumab is known as IMMU-110 (hLL1-Dox) and is used for the treatment of relapsed multiple myeloma.
